Yes, You Will See Doctor Strange In 'Thor: Ragnarok'

In a recent post on their D23 website, Disney reconfirmed that we will see Doctor Stephen Strange in this year's Thor: Ragnarok.

Strange, played by Benedict Cumberbatch, made his first Marvel Cinematic Universe appearance in Doctor Strange last year, and in the mid-credits scenes in that film was asked to help find Odin, Thor's father, from Thor himself.

In the post, D23 said, "'Thor: Ragnarok' in November brings together Thor, the Hulk, and Doctor Strange to face off against intergalactic baddies both familiar and new." With this I think Strange will be there not just to find Odin but to do a little more than that.

Ragnarok stars Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Idris Elba as Heimdall, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/The Hulk, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Anthony Hopkins as Odin, with Cate Blanchett as Hela, Jeff Goldblum as Grandmaster, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, and Karl Urban as Skurge.

Thor: Ragnarok, the third installment of Marvel’s popular Norse Super Hero, is directed by Oscar-nominated filmmaker Taika Waititi (“Two Cars, One Night,” “What We Do in the Shadows,” “Hunt for the Wilderpeople”).  Kevin Feige will produce the film, joined by executive producers Louis D’Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, Victoria Alonso, Thomas M. Hammel and Stan Lee. Also the film's composer is Mark Mothersbaugh.

The film will release 27th October 2017 in Ireland and the UK and on the 3rd of November of 2017 in the USA.
