Thanks to his schedule having a space waiting to be filled, the Game of Thrones star is in early talks to join Marvel Studios' Avengers: Infinity War. His role, which is expected to span the next two Avengers films, as of now, is unknown as story details are scarce, other then the superhero team battling against the tyrannical Thanos, played by Josh Brolin.
The plan for the studio is to film Avengers: Infinity War and the follow up movie, back to back, which the production side of things is expected to begin soon. They will film mainly in Atlanta, Georgia in America, with the addition of places like London, UK and Scotland.
Avengers: Infinity War will be directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, produced by Kevin Feige, Victoria Alonso, Jon Favreau, along with Louis D’Esposito, Alan Fine, Stan Lee, and will release 27th of April 2018 in Ireland and UK and May 4th 2018 in the USA.
