The Marvel Studios film will take us back to 1990's it would appear.
Black Panther, currently in production, will be showing a younger version of the main character, T'Challa, played by Chadwick Boseman, in his high school days it seems.
A school bus company, AC Transit, approved one of their older logos to appear in the film. We will see a scene, which will be a flashback, that involves T'Challa attending high school at Saint Mary’s College High School in Berkeley, California. Although the scene will be in actuality be filmed in Atlanta, Georgia near Pinewood Studios.

Jordan as Erik Killmonger, Angela Bassett as Ramonda, mother of T’Challa, Daniel Kaluuya as T’Challa confidant W’Kabi, Winston Duke as M’Baku, leader of a rival tribe in Wakanda, Florence Kasumba as Ayo, a member of the Dora Milaje, Forest Whitaker as Zuri, an elder statesman in Wakanda, Sterling K. Brown as N’Jobu, a figure from T’Challa, plus Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia and Danai Gurira as Okoye, members of the fierce Dora Milaje.
Black Panther is written by Joe Robert Cole and Ryan Coogler with Coogler directing the film. The film will release February 16, 2018!
