Marvel Studios has added another member to Black Panther's cast, this time they have added the Emmy winner Sterling K. Brown.
Brown will play N'Jobu, a figure from T'Challa(Black Panther)'s past. The actor garnered the Emmy when he played Christopher Darden in The People V. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.
The film is soon to begin production with the finishing touches to sets over at Atlanta, Georgia being done.
Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa, ruler of Wakanda, and Michael B. Jordan as Erik Killmonger, Angela Bassett as Ramonda, mother of T’Challa, Daniel Kaluuya as T’Challa confidant W’Kabi, Winston Duke as M’Baku, leader of a rival tribe in Wakanda, Florence Kasumba as Ayo, a member of the Dora Milaje, Forest Whitaker as Zuri, an elder statesman in Wakanda, plus Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia and Danai Gurira as Okoye, members of the fierce Dora Milaje.
Black Panther is written by Joe Robert Cole and Ryan Coogler with Coogler directing the film.
Black Panther will release February 16, 2018!
