The hotly anticipated Zack Snyder-directed film, Justice League, will be shown to the world come November this year, and will be the first live-action take on the iconic DC Comics team.
Now thanks to Empire Magazine, we have another look at the team well at least a portion of it.
In the above image we have Ben Affleck's Batman, Ezra Miller's The Flash, Ray Fisher's Cyborg, and Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman, but a few members are not present, namely Jason Momoa's Aquaman and Henry Cavill's Superman.
But rest assured we will see both, but more importantly will be the Man of Steel himself, as Zack Snyder says, "Superman does play a big part in this movie. His presence, and lack of presence, are big story points...
“These guys — Aquaman, Cyborg, Flash — really are just fun to explore. They’re just so fresh. They’re on the edge of their powers at different times in this story and that’s really fun.”
Fuelled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Justice League is directed by Zack Snyder and stars Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Ezra Miller as Barry Allen/The Flash, Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry/Aquaman, Ray Fisher as Victor Stone/Cyborg, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Connie Nielson as Queen Hippolyta, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, J.K. Simmons as Commissioner James Gordon, Amber Heard as Mera, Willem Dafoe as Vulko, Ciaran Hinds as Steppenwolf, and Kiersey Clemons as Iris West.
Justice League hits theatres November 17, 2017.
