Warner Bros. Have Released The First Trailer For Christopher Nolan's 'Dunkirk'; Poster Also

Christopher Nolan is bringing us back to a more sombre time of human history in Dunkirk. Nolan, famed for making The Dark Knight Trilogy, Inception, Interstellar and many other films, has turned to making a war epic this time around. Warner Bros. have now released the first trailer after broadcasting a twenty-four hour livestream on the film's Facebook account as a form of viral marketing.


Dunkirk opens as hundreds of thousands of British and Allied troops are surrounded by enemy forces. Trapped on the beach with their backs to the sea they face an impossible situation as the enemy closes in.

Dunkirk is directed by Christopher Nolan, stars Kenneth Branagh, Cillian Murphy, Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance, James Darcy, and Harry Styles. The film is produced by Emma Thomas, Greg Silverman, Jake Myers, and Christopher Nolan, it will be composed by Hans Zimmer.

Dunkirk releases July 21st 2017 in IMAX film, 70mm film, 35mm film and digital formats.
